The project consists of removing all buildings, equipment, trash, and improvements from Forest Service property, well abandonment, as well as regrading, scarifying, and revegetating compacted and disturbed areas. All materials removed from the site will become property of the contractor for disposal. Burying of foundations and cinder blocks at the site will be allowed. Burning of non-treated lumber may be allowed with all required permits and approvals. The project is located approx. 37.5 miles north of Wells, NV via US Hwy 93 to the O'Neil Basin Road turnoff. Take O'Neil Basin road east for approx. 22 miles to a "T" in the road. Turn right (heading north) toward the Cottonwood and Gilmer ranches. Follow road north past the Gilmer ranch for approx. 5 miles to "Y" in the road. Veer right (heading northeast) toward the Home ranch. Follow this road east and then north past the Home ranch and O'Neil school for approx. 4 miles to another "Y in the road. Veer left and follow this road approx. 5.5 miles to the forest boundary.
