We have approximatley 717,800 SF in the 480 bed hospital with a new ambulatory wing addition of approximately 88,000 SF scheduled to open in the fall of 1998. We have 8 modular buildings, Research Animal Lab, 1400 square foot office at 1002 NW 23 Ave, with an outside storage facility, Gainesville, FL The initial contract period will be for the period of 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99. Option Year 1 is 1 Oct 99 through 30 Sep 2000. Option Year 2 is 1 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001. Option Year 3 is 1 Oct 2001 through 30 Sep 2002. Option Year 4 is 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003. Option Years are subject to availabilty of funds. This solicitation is set aside 100% of Small Business. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 7342. Small business size is $5M.
