The shape of the ducts are some round, some square. Air handlers are located in the mechanical rooms. There are three mechanical rooms on the top floor, one at each end and the other at the center stairwell. Another mechanical room is located outside, in back of the building next to the auditorium. If you propose to substitute the sanitizing agent "Oxine" with another agent, you must provide a certification from the EPA that the agent meets regulatory requirements. Approval of the substitute is at the discretion of the mechanical engineer assigned to this project. Bids must reflect what agent you propose to use. If bids reflect a substitute agent, that bidder will be notified if substitute agent is acceptable. Bidders must be NADCA certified and a list of references is requested. A complete set of blueprints will be provided to the successful offeror to mark off progress of work and to annotate where access doors have been cut. Bidders are reminded that CCR status applies.
