Procure upgrade and software augmentation to provide required unique Maximo and MS Project 98 interface upgrade expertise in all of the following areas; execution of Phase 1 onsite assessment of Maximo/MS Project scheduling processes and legacy E10 system to migrate to MS Project 98; incorporation of existing and reengineered scheduling processes and Maximo/MS Project 98 processes to accomplish integration augmentation; optimize user methodology/functionality of MS Project 98, Maximo/MS Project interface, estimated labor costs calculations, minor customization (if required) for resource leveling and transfer of actual cost data in conjunction with MS Project 98; calculation of estimated labor cost for varying rates of work types and shops; and various reports specific to scheduling functions unique to NPWC.
