The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Test Article
Preparation Division, has a new requirement for one Oscilloscope
Calibration System. This acquisition is being procured in accordance
with FAR Part 12, as a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed priced
solicitation. The SIC is 3825 with a size limit of 500 employees. All
responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by
the agency. The Oscilloscope Calibration System (OCS) shall be a high
accuracy and high resolution programmable OCS. The OCS will be used as
a standard predominantly in the NAVAIR METCAL (Metrology Encalibration)
Program as an external OCS standard to calibrate a various inventory of
oscilloscopes. The OCS shall have the capability to be fully
programmable via the IEEE 488 GPIB. The system will be used on board
ships and in laboratories, on and off-site. CLIN 0001 -- Oscilloscope
Calibration System, quantity of 8, in accordance with (IAW)
specifications provided within RFP. CLIN 0002 -- Operation and
maintenance technical manuals. Delivery of items shall occur
approximately 01 March 1999. Items shall be shipped FOB destination to
Receiving Office, NAS Patuxent River, MD and inspection and acceptance
at destination. Parties wishing to receive a copy of the formal RFP
