Gold at purity 99.99%, 0.025" +/-.002" thick bonded to I.D. surface of copper substrate, covering entire I.D. area. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26.
