65 -- PROVIDE AND DELIVER RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS SOL 502-01-99 DUE 091198 POC Bernice Griffin (318) 473-0010 X 2240 or Carol Robertson (318) 473-0010 X 2234 The Dept of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 2495 Shreveport Hwy in Alexandria LA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Foti Nuclear Pharmacy of Alexandria LA for Radiopharmaceuticals and includes the delivery of unit dose and/or vial, as required, with as little as 30 minutes advance notice. Estimated quantity is 125 scans per month and includes, but is not limited to Thallium 201, DTPA, Pyrophosphate, Microlite, Gallium, MAA, Disida, MDP, Oxine, Xenon, Strontium, Cardiolite, & Mag-3. Foti Pharmacy is the only soure available within 100 miles of this medical center. Deliver is a critical element of this procurement. Any unused radiopharmaceuticals are the repsonsibility of the contractor for pickup and disposal. Period of performance is October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 with four (4) optional one-year provisions.
