The VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, NC intends to purchase one (1) Kay Elemetrics Complete Swallowing Workstation System, Model 7100 to include the following: Xenon Light Source Model 7150, CCD Camera Model 7111, S-VHS Cassettes Model 7135, Flexible Endoscope Model 7105, 35mm Lens Adaptor Model 7116, Computer Hardware Module with PC-Controlled S-VHS VCR and Color Printer Model 7145, Swallowing Signals Lab with All Transducers Model 7128, Cart/Isolation Transformer Model 7128, On-Site Installation and Training. Quotations shall be submitted on an "all or none" basis and be valid for 60 days. Partial quotations shall be rejected.
