Work consists of the following: Remove all spalled concrete at the location of the 6 Cleats and 8 Bollards. Clean out the entire cemetitious filler from Cleats, Bollards, and bollard bolted connections. Clean the remaining bolt threads, nuts, and cleats. Fill holes level with filler. Apply finish coat and paint cleats and bollards. Issue date on or about August 14, 1998. The proposed contract is a small business set-aside.
