Jefferies, Contracting Officer, telephone: 931-454-7841 This project is for the construction of a 10,300 square foot low slope metal roof on an existing bituminous built-up roof at Building 881, Arnold Engineering Development Center, Arnold AFB, Tennessee. The work includes removing two ten-foot strips of the existing built-up roof membrane, lead and asbestos abatement, insulation, and installation of the new low slope metal roof system. The new roof system shall be a Garland R-Mer Lite Insulated Roofing System or approved equal. The performance period shall be 120 calendar days following receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Any responsible firm responding to this notice may submit an offer which shall be considered. Foreign participation is authorized. Any firm responding to this notice should do so in writing and should indicate whether or not it is a small business and whether or not it is a small disadvantaged business.
