That document will explain the "two step" source selection process used for this acquisition, will provide general information to include pre-proposal conference and site visit dates, provides an overview of source selection criteria and procedures, and lists the contract terms and conditions that will apply to the final construction contract. The formal RFP will be issued on/about 18 Aug 98 in CD-ROM format only (hard copy will not be available) and will provide 35% project drawings and will respond to potential offerors' comments and questions. The Pentagon Renovation web site will be activated on/before 4 Aug 98 at www.dtic.mil/Pentagon_renovation and will include additional information pertaining to this project.
