Peters (719)333-2734 This project consists of, but is not limited to, the replacement of twenty-seven (27) existing Datamux control panels with Staefa Net panels at various buildings on the Air Force Academy. This will include commissioning of approximately 2,252 control points. Installation shall include all associated programming, graphics, sensor replacement and point value testing. Proposed work also includes the replacement of approximately 50 existing water monitoring points and installation of 16 new water monitoring points. All installed hardware and software shall interface with the existing facility network to ensure compatibility between the EMCS main workstation and the facilities Direct Digital Controls and shall be Year-2000 (Y2K) compliant. Performance period will be 210 days from the date of award. The estimated cost range for the proposed acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. This acquisition is approved for a sole source contract action with Landis and Staefa, Inc. of Golden CO as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package will be issued. However, all interested sources may identify their product by submitting pricing data, an adequate description of the equipment offered, and make and model numbers of the equipment. Only responses containing this data will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will not be made on the basis of responses received to this synopsis.
