(FSIS) has a requirement for the development and implementation of a
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP) Self Study
Course training program for very small meat and poultry plants. The
training program shall include, but not be limited to HACCP
manual/textbook, workbook, and instructional videotapes complementing
the manual. The training program will be utilized by the Agency to
assist very small plants in developing HACCP plans for their production
processes. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
considered. Requests for the solicitation package shall be in writing
