Contractor shall provide professional services as a CUSTODIAL MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTOR to inmates confined at the United States Penitentiary (USP), Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Some responsibilities of the contractor include but are not limited to: Classroom instruction in commercial/residential cleaning as outlined in the TPC Training Systems-Custodial Maintenance Curriculum. In addition, the contractor will proctor the TPC Training Systems certification examination at the end of each quarter. The contract consists of an estimated 200 sessions per contract year. A session is 3 hours in length. The contractor will usually work 5 sessions per week. Performance will usually be Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Performance will be at the USP Allenwood Education Department. Contractor services may not exceed 30 hours per week. Contract shall run from approximately October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999, with a possibility of four option years. Security investigation/clearance is required.
