Amendment 00002 is issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only amendment of the above referenced combined synopsis/solicitation notice, proposals are being requested, and a written amendment will not be issued. Amendment 00002 is issued to change Attachment 3, Part I, The Schedule, Section C, Performance Work Statement, specifically, page 9, Section C-3, Tasks, paragraph 3, General Provisions as follows: 1) by revising the following sentence from "The focus of these work place disputes types include:", to read, "The focus of these dispute types include:"; and, 2) by adding the following bullet item after "Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) complaints as follows: "Contract and Environmental". As a result of this amendment the above referenced page has been revised to incorporate the changes. Changes to this page are indicated by a vertical line in the left and right margin next to the specifically changed information. This page will supersede the previously provided page under the combined synopsis/solicitation notice and shall be included in place of the original pages in Vol III, of the offeror's proposal, if applicable. Please note that if your company previously requested a copy of the attachments under the previously published combined synopsis/solicitation notice, a copy of the changed page will be forthcoming to you.
