Bueter, (301) 443-2750 The Health Resources and Services Administration has a requirement for Hotel Services. The period of performance will be 12 months with three 12 month option years. The contractor shall provide sleeping rooms for the peer reviewers (approximately 1871 over a year-long period with a range of 8-45 people during any review period), conference room space (large enough to hold approximately 40-55 people at certain times), long and short term storage space for equipment and other items, and parking for local travelers for the HRSA Bureau of Health Professions during Peer Reviewers. The contractor shall have available business facilities for reviewers and staff use at normal commercially accepted hotel charges. Facilities should include a copy and fax machine. The contractor shall provide parking for local reviewers, shuttle service within a five-mile radius, restaurant services including room service and access to a restaurant within the hotel. The contractor shall be within approximately a 10-mile radius ofthe Parklwan Building, 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, Maryland 20857. The schedule of the Peer Review for FY99 will begin on December 1, 1998 and is projected to conclude mid June 1999. For the option years, peer reviews will begin approximately October of the new fiscal year. The solicitation for the above referenced commercial items will be issued on or about August 14, 1998.
