Price, Contract Specialist, (805) 989-1301 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWPNS) Point Mugu, CA intends to enter into negotiations and award a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68936-98-G-0186 on a sole source basis with Raytheon Systems Company, Sensors and Electronics Systems Segment, El Segundo, CA. The order will be for engineering support for completion of the AN/ALR67(v)3 CounterMeasures Receiving Set Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) Operational Test Program Set (OTPS). Raytheon systems Company as the designer and developer of the CASS OTPS is the only firm possessing the technical data, program knowledge, facilities and personnel to support the Government's needs. The Government contemplates a cost plus fixed fee delivery order, commencing at time of award for an estimated level of effort of 700 manhours with a twelve month period of performance.
