Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervison, and other items and services to collect used antifreeze at various locations on Fort Carson, Colorado, transport to the contractor's facilities, recycle and process for resale back to Fort Carson. The Government anticipates awarding a No Cost Requirments type contract for the period of 15 September 1998 through 14 September 1999. The solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bids (IFB) o/a 7 August 1998. The solictation package is for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The proposed contract is 100% set-side for small business (SB) having established anitfreeze recycle facilities within 100 miles of Fort Carson, CO. For this acquistion, the Small Business size standard is $500,000.00 in total revenues.
