The Government will utilize the descriptive literature in order to determine if the offered product meets the Government's minimum requirements and to establish exactly what the offeror proposes to furnish. Failure of an offeror to submit descriptive literature for a proposed "or equal" product will result in that product being rejected from further consideration. Further, descriptive literature which fails to show that the proposed product(s) complies with the requirements stated above will result in the rejection of that product(s). BASIS FOR AWARD: The Gov't will make award(s) to the responsible/responsive offeror(s) whose offer will be most advantageous to the Gov't based on price alone.
