Construct a small vestibule at the main entrance of bldg. 358, constructed of standard stud wall fully enclosed & new ceiling. Construct a men and a women restroom. Remove overhead door and close in the opening with stud wall to match existing. Modify HVAC components; ducts, supplies & returns, for optimum coverage & control of heat and cool dictated by the revised floor plan. Relocate/install sprinkler heads & fire alarm components for NFPA coverage of revised floor plan. Relocate/install lighting in each area and relocate/install outlets as required by National Electrical Code. Contractor responsible for verification of all dimensions. All products shall be installed in verbatim compliance with the manufacturer's written instructions, and shall be first class in every respect. Prior to submitting proposals, prospective bidders are expected to visit the site, inspect the work in place.
