Work consists of concurrent construction on the 4 elements which include the renovation of 100,000 sf existing bays and construction of new Fire finder building for electronic maintenance shop and offices to include HVAC, electrical power distribution, lighting, fire protection, structural upgrade, and acoustical ceiling. Trades involved include general construction, drilling, electrical, paving, plumbing and heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration, and excavation.
