commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The
Request for Quotation number is DTCG89-98-Q-600387 and incorporates
provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular
97-04. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under SIC
Code 4789. The size standard for this code is $5.0 million dollars. The
contract type will be firm fixed price. The Government proposes to
solicit quotes for the following services: Vendor shall deliver 2300
gallons of propane and place in the five installed 500 gal tanks
located at the following sites: 1) USCG Radio Site Mt McArthur located
at 56:04:08N 134:11:38W Elevation 1710 ft above sea level. 2) USCG
Radio Site Althrop Peak located at 58:05:23N 134:24:55W Elevation
2390ft above sea level. Required delivery date for both sites, NLT 01
September 1998. Delivery shall be coordinated between vendor and USCG.
Award will be based on the following criteria: Lowest price and best
delivery schedule. The following FAR clauses, provisions apply to this
