GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION PLANET GSA ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAM IN NEW YORK CITY The General Services Administration (GSA) will sponsor a Planet GSA Environmental Program at the Jacob K. Javits Federal Building, 26 Federal Plaza in New York City from 10:00 a.m. -- 2:00 p.m., on August 19, 1998. A brief formal program will take place at noon featuring federal and local speakers. There is room for approximately 60 exhibits of environmentally preferable products. Exhibit space is free, and vendors will be chosen on a "first-come, first-served basis," until August 12, 1998.
