Item 0001 Repairs on one SWOB BARGE to include block, dock and undock barge on Marine Railway; Sandblast to SP -- 6 and apply paint to the entire exterior surfaces from bottom of hull to the main deck; Sweep main deck and apply primar coat of paint followed by one coat on non-skid; Remove wasted zinc and install (20) new zinc 1 1/4" x 6" x 12"; Barge to be gas-freed by Government; provide certificate.
