The Department of State, Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO), is seeking Offerors to provide mail distribution/handling services for the U.S. Embassy facilities in Nassau and Freeport, Bahamas. The scope of services entails establishment of a mail delivery location in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale region and daily (weekdays) sorting/delivery to Freeport and Nassau, Bahamas. The solicitation will also provide for priced options to deliver and sort mail on a less-than-daily basis. The performance period for the contract will be one base year and three one-year options. The solicitation will be issued as a "Commercial Services" Request for Proposal and the contract will be awarded as a Fixed-Price type, with annual Fixed-Priced Options.
