THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation DAHA2198Q0218 is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-06. The Standard Industrial Classification Code for this acquisition is 7376. The size standard is $18 million. Place of performance is the Minneapolis-St. Paul IAP Air National Guard Base, Bldg.'s 642, 631, 656, 641, 680, and 685. The work to be performed is a complete system analysis, cleaning, calibration, operating verification, and repair of the direct digital control systems in each referenced building. In addition to making repairs, the successful bidder shall submit a detailed list indicating problem, location, and suggested solution on all major repairs. A complete report shall be submitted to the Base Civil Engineer upon completion of the work. This report shall show, at a minimum, specific building checkpoints, the type of HVAC equipment, device number, GCM/Microflo address, room number, and operations check status. All work shall be completed within 120 days of contract award. The final written report shall be submitted within 30 das of completion of work.
