This solicitation will result in a requirement type contract being awarded to one contractor. This contract will have a 18-month base period with three 12-month option periods. Performance will be requested by issuance of written delivery orders against the basic contract. Prospective contractors or subcontractors must be able to meet all Federal, State and Local laws, ordinances and regulations governing disposal of hazardous waste and environmental materials.
