Solicitation number F01600-99-Q0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-5. This is an unrestricted procurement.. The solicitation line item is as follows: Permission to reprint copies from the book "Management of Organizational Behavior" by Paul Hersey and Kenneth Blanchard. Quantity: 5,000 copies for each year. This requirement is being concurrently staffed through SAF/GCO for approval. The purchase order will be for the basic year (98OCT01 99SEP30) and one option year. Intended source: Center for Leadership Studies, 230 West 3rd Avenue, Escondido CA 92052. Delivery: F.O.B. destination to Maxwell AFB, Gunter Annex, 36114. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 6794 and the size standard is $5.0 million.
