S. Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina, and U. S. Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, South Carolina. Contract requires lease of approximately 391 washers and 390 dryers, to include all maintenance and repair. Equipment shall remain the property of the contractor throughtout the term of the contract. Washers and dryers shall be heavy duty with a minimum capacity of 18 pounds dry weight, and shall operate by push button cycle selections. A indefinite-quantity contract shall be issued for one base year with four option periods commencing October 1, 1998 through September 30, 2003. A minimum quantity of 381 washers and 380 dryers shall be guaranteed with an allowable maximum quantity of 396 washers and 395 dryers throughout the life of the contract.
