C -- ARCHITECT-ENGINEER SERVICES FOR UNION BEACH, NEW JERSEY The US Army Engineer District, New York intends to issue a new contract without full and open competition to T&M Associates, Inc., 11 Tindall Road, Middletown, NJ for the continued feasibility and design level studies to provide storm damage reduction to Union Beach. The justification and authority for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The contractor performing this work will be fufly responsible and professional liable for the final studies, including the work previously completed by T&M Associates, Inc. and incorporated into the studies.
