It is the intent of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to award one firm fixed price contract for the service of providing on-site maintenance on the NEAX 2400 PBX Switch and Repartee Active Voice Mail System on a preventive (scheduled) and remedial (routine and emergency call out) basis for a one-year period. The contractor shall guarantee the ability of HUD to obtain this service contract for the projected ten year life of the system. The contractor shall perform on site for and at the Denver, CO Administration Service Center 3 location. This is a 100% set aside for small business firms only. Solicitation Number R-DEN-00495 will be a negotiated Request for Quotation (RFQ) procurement and will be available on or about 8-24-98.
