Dickey, (605)353-9215 The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing foundations, construct 13 new auger foundations, one building foundation, extend the existing substation yard, and provide a new approach at the Beresford Substation. Also, remove existing foundations, construct 14 new auger foundations, one building foundation, and one transformer foundation, and extend the existing substation yard at the Faith Substation. The work is located in the counties of Lincoln and Meade, in South Dakota. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1771. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about August 13, 1998. The projected bid opening date is on or about September 15, 1998.
