The project consists of furnishing and erecting a prefabricated steel
truss pedestrian bridge and substructure. The work shall include
construction of abutments, including excavation and backfill, machine
placing riprap, and placing geotextile fabric. The project is located
just off the Scott Mountain-Deadwood Road #555 on Wilson Creek. From
Boise, Idaho, take Hwy 21 approx. 72 miles to Lowman, then take
Banks-Lowman Hwy #17 for approx. 8 miles to the Scott Mountain-Deadwood
Rd, then travel approx. 25.4 miles to the site. Est. start date is
9/1/98 and is to be completed by 10/15/99. The est. price range is
between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the
