Furnish all labor, parts, material, transportation necessary to fireproof and vent degrease monthly or as need on 12 buildings. Provide Material Data Sheets for all chemicals used for cleaning prior to bringing them to the base. Must have proof of being licensed in the State of Arkansas. The contractor shall remove all grease, dirt, lint, dust, oil residue and other combustible or flammable substances from the interior of metal or other surfaces of exhaust systems as per cleaning schedule. Remove combustible deposits on all hood and canopy openings and to extend to and include the interior of ducts, filters, plenum chambers, fan housing and interior surfaces of fan blades, louvers, and fans including the final points of all systems. This is to be accomplished by high pressure washing with hot water and the use of degreasing chemicals. Responsible for the cleaning of all areas that get wet or spotted with water or chemicals. The area shall be mopped to remove any residue left on the floor. All refuse created by the contractor will be disposed of by the contactor. This is a 100% small business set-aside. Telephone and fax requests for a bid package will be accepted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This purchase order will be for a period of one year from 1 Oct 98.
