S. Army Aviation and Missile Command has a requirement for a period of 5 years for a Electronic Repair Shelter (ERS) in accordance with the statement of work (SOW) -- This requirement is sole source to Tec-Masters Incorporated in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2) (iii) (B). The requirement is for a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for a maximum of 30 each ERS, data, 30 each initial spares kits, 5 each of two separate sustainment spares kits and supporting travel -- Options are to be included but not be limited to data, spare kits, and sustainment spares kits. -- Anticipated delivery for the initial production quantity is 2 each w/government furnished semitrailer, van, 2 each initial spares kits, and data commencing 140 days after contract award and one (1) units every sixty (60) days thereafter until completion -- The proposed procurement listed herein is solicited Restricted-A competitive technical data package (TDP) is not available-See Note 22!!.
