COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF JULY 29,1998 PSA#2147USPFO for Oregon, P.O. Box 14840, Salem, OR 9709-5008 59 -- SEMI-CONDUCTOR ROBOTIC TEST SET SOL 98-32 DUE 081198 POC Jody
Trigg, 503-945-3769 E-MAIL: CLICK HERE TO CONTACT THE USPFO FOR OREGON,
Triggj@or-ngnet.army.mil. THIS PROJECT IS SOLICITED AND WILL BE AWARDED
AS ONE. The Oregon Army National Guard is in need of (3)Semi-conductor
robotic test set, (1) Prober, (1) Scanner and training for 2 people.
The components will work together as one system to provide automated
testing to circuit / power boards. The system needs to be capable of
troubleshooting components without applying power, set voltage,
resistance and frequency, provide a AC sine wave that allows the user
to create a unique current vs. Voltage signature that represents
overall health of device tested, store and customize test groups with
four ranges for each group, lets end user customize test ranges for an
unlimited number of components and pins. The system needs to allow end
user to attach a personal computer w/ software to develop test
routines, transfer information between computers or locations, store
and re-arrange component databases, view results immediately and print
/ store test data files. The scanner needs to be able to scan quickly
and access components using standard DIP clips and cables. The
combination of the system shall allow the end user to digitize up to
128 points at a time, compare one component with another in real time
or use PC to automate testing. The prober needs the capacity to use
robotics to thoroughly test entire boards automatically. The system
shall allow for other instruments to be attached to the prober head,
automating guided probe testing with high -resolution movement. The
prober needs to be a fixtureless system making it efficient to test a
large number of boards or small volumes. This project is estimated
between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. Additional information can be
