Byars-Smith, Contracting Officer, 256-876-4201 The Government intends to procure various configurations of TOW missiles, sole source, from Raytheon Missile Systems Company, Tucson, AZ for FY 98 with a follow-on option provision for FY 99. Estimated quantities for both years combined for all configurations of TOW Missiles, are not expected to exceed 12,000 each, inclusive of options. This acquisition is to be by other than full and open competition as Raytheon is currently the only known source. Interested sources should contact Raytheon Missile Systems Company for subcontracting possibilities. No copies of the solicitation exist.
