This solicitation is for MK 117 Nozzle Assemblies in accordance with Drawing 1638AS121 Rev C. 10 each First Articles due 90 days after date of contract, 1,250 each (base year) production quantity due, 500 each 180 days after First Article approved with 750 each due 210 days thereafter. Four (4) stepladder option years with 500, 700, 1,000 or 1,250 quantities each year. Option quantity to be delivered 500 each 180 days after exercise of option, 700 each 210 days after exercise of option, 1,000 each 210 days after exercise of option, and 1,250 each 260 days after exercise of option. Award will be made based on Best Value using the following factors in order of importance. 1) Offer Submission Acceptability, 2) Offeror Capability, and 3) Cost/Price. The proposed contract listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside.
