Naval Surface Warfare Center-Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to acquire services on a sole source basis from Advance Marine Enterprises. The objective is to enhance the capabilities of the Flooding Casualty Control Software (FCCS). This includes the conversion of FCCS from a DOS based application to a Windows environment. Enhancements will include: a modular implementation of tank and flooding indictor data from existing shipboard systems; permit access to stability analysis functionality by any other shipboard system; improve program navigation and summary information. The contractor shall provide services, materials, facilities and personnel necessary to perform the following: Complete the software code to implement FCCSWIN software. Coding shall be performed in accordance with proper standards to ensure portability and maintainability. Testing shall be performed in accordance with the the software test plan. This includes unit testing and formal qualification testing. Formal qualification shall involve a demonstration of all aspects of the software to determine if it meets the requirements developed above.
