This will include all demolition and construction to relocate the existing Genito Uninary Clinic from the third floor of building # 1 to ward 1 North in the SCIU building. This will include providing utilities for 3 new florscopes and the renovation of the existing procedure rooms into and OR room. Project will include architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing changes. Cost range of this project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Completion time will be 240 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bid documents will be issued on or about 8/15/98 and must be requested in writing, only a limited number of documents will be available and will be issued on a first come first served basis.
