Each unit kitchen shall include upper and base cabinets, preformed countertop with backsplash and sidesplash (where applicable), wall shield, sink, sink faucet, undercounter refrigerator w/ice maker, undercabinet microwave, etc. Provide water service to sink and refrigerator's icemaker. Also, provide soil/waste drain. All piping shall be concealed. All damaged surfaces are to be repaired. Acquisition will be pursued in accordance with the Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656; F.O.B. Destination, Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas.
