The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1611 -- Highway and Street Construction, Except Elevated Highways. The size standard is $17.0 Million. Work includes earthwork, grading, paving and drainage for construction of an acceleration lane on Russell Road at the northbound I-95 off-ramp and incidental related work. The date of availability of the solicitation is 4 August 1998. The bid opening date is 04 September 1998.
