THIS IS A MARKET SURVEY. The Oregon Army National Guard is in need of a Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for 1450-1500 full time employees and immediate family members. The program needs to be able to provide staffed offices throughout the state of Oregon with qualified advisors/counselors and render a toll free number for employees on temporary duty status at various locations out of state. The curriculum of the program needs have the capacity to address an array of problems.
