This proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. GSA has a requirement to provide maintenance services for a Rolm/IBM/Siemens CBX II 9000 switching/voice messaging system for federal agencies in Athens, GA. A responsible small business concern shall perform maintenance services in accordance with OEM directives and on demand by the system users or FTS administrators. Maintenance shall include software moves, changes and additions, user training, monitoring system performance and limited maintenance of system DC power equipment, Avantec microwave link, and inside/outside plant. Performance responsibility includes requesting maintenance from other sources to assure optimal operation of all system components. Qualified small business concerns shall be OEM certified for maintaining the system and associated station equipment. In addition, the offeror shall have ready access to all OEM practices and hardware items required for system maintenance to include Rolm manufactured new or refurbished replacement parts and expert engineering assistance for resolution of difficult system hardware/software problems.
