DuBose, Contracting Officer, 717-770-7107 The Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the necessary supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform sampling and analysis of potable water, waste water, storm water and dry sludge at the Tracy site located in Tracy, CA and the Sharpe site located in Lathrop, CA. All contractors shall be required to submit, with their offer, a valid California Department of Health Laboratory License and/or certification or have a subcontractor to do the sampling analysis that the contractor is not certified to do. Both contractor and subcontractor must submit a copy of their certifications to perform the required sampling/tests. Contract period is anticipated to be from October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 with four (4) option year periods. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this project is 8734 and the small business size standard is $5.0 million.
