This serves as a SMALL BUSINESS SOURCES SOUGHT Notice and Market Survey to locate qualified sources for the procurement of the development, test and analysis support for radio frequency (RF) antennas. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center anticipates issuing a solicitation for a two year contract with three one-year options with approximately 16,522 labor hours per year. The services are required to primarily support the field operation of existing VLF, LF, and HF shore based communication systems and the associated planning at headquarters and laboratory centers.
