Kriescher, Code D212, (619)553-6730. This serves as a SMALL BUSINESS
SOURCES SOUGHT Notice and Market Survey to locate qualified sources for
the procurement of the development, test and analysis support for radio
frequency (RF) antennas. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center
anticipates issuing a solicitation for a two year contract with three
one-year options with approximately 16,522 labor hours per year. The
services are required to primarily support the field operation of
existing VLF, LF, and HF shore based communication systems and the
associated planning at headquarters and laboratory centers. See

http://www.spawar.navy.mil/contract/. Any interested/qualified SMALL
BUSINESS source who can provide the requirements in accordance with the
cited Statement of Work, is invited to submit a written qualification
statement to include: (1) Name and address of applicant
(Corporate/Principal Office); (2) name, phone and fax number of point
of contact; (3) date firm started; (4) SIC Code; (5) type of business
(i.e.: small business, small disadvantaged 8(a) certified, Woman-owned
small business, small disadvantaged business (not 8(a) certified); (6)
contractor's facility capabilities and location, with plans to
establish a San Diego facility; (7) past performance: list your firm's
most significant contracts which are relevant to providing support
services similar to the required services for the past 3 years, list
contracts and include the following information: (a) customer (DOD
agency, other government agency), (b) contract number, (d) contracting
officer's representative (COR) name and telephone number, (e) contract
value, (f) period of performance, (g) description of product/services.
All of the information sought should be conveyed in no more that 10
pages. Each response must reference the sources sought title. The
applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code for this acquisition
is 8711 and the small business size standard is $13.5 million.
Interested sources are requested to submit a package by close of
business on 10 September, 1998, no later than 3:00 p.m. local time to
