This is a restatement of the CBD Synopsis which appeared on July 1,
1998, same subject. Any sources responding during the period between
July 16-20, 1998 should resubmit their e-mail to address contained
herein. An e-mail failure resulted in several e-mails received during
that period to be lost. A "Response Recieved" will be sent to the
sender of each of the e-mails received to date. If you have not
received a "Response Received", please resubmit your response. The
Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is seeking sources for ongoing
services to maintain the classified Information Technology (IT) systems
and classified Local Area Network (LAN) that interface with the
intelligence community as well as migrate the current Security
Information management System (SIMS) document control system to a
Microsoft Access document control system. This effort also entails the
procurement of direct materials and/or computer equipment necessary to
support these services. The successful offeror would be responsible
forboth the maintenance and integration of the NAVSEA Scientific,
Technical and Intelligence Office (STILO) ADP systems and hardware as
well as having access to the Special Compartmented Information (SCI)
operational interface with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI).

Secret (or higher) AND who have the required IT background are
