The US Army CECOM intends to award a service contract for entrance walk-off mats for thirty-one buildings located in the CECOM R&D Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. The specifications are as follows: nylon, polyester, polypropylene, other synthetic face; tufted, woven, bonded to a solid rubber or vinyl backing; surface shall be carpet-like in appearance, cut and/or loop pile, non-staining, skid and curl resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor use, with borders and/or nosings. The service will consist of delivery on the first and fifteen of each month, excluding holidays/weekends. Seventy (70) 3X5 mats and eighteen (18) 4X8 mats will be exchanged each visit. The period of performance will be for one (1) year with two (2) option years. This is a set-aside for small business. To be eligible for award, registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration database is mandatory. This effort will be performed under a fixed price purchase order.
