New work consist of installation of a rotary screw chiller, chilled water pumps and piping, a steam-to-hot water converter, hot water pumps and piping, air handlers, ductwork, fan coils terminal units, and a direct digital control (DDC) system to communicate with the maintenance department. Electrical supply for most of the new equipment will come from a new pad mounted oil filled transformer and new electrical distribution system.
