The project includes: (1) preparation of construction documents based on the Functional Design Specifications (FDS); completed 30% Drawings; the Technical Specifications as a minimum standard; and (2) construction of the facility including site work, landscaping, paving, interior and site electrical, foundation, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, cabinetry, interior and exterior building finishes. The project will be solicited as a firm fixed price contract that includes fees for architect-engineering services and construction costs. The estimated construction cost range is between $3.5 million and $4.0 million.
